Well we did it! We lived through the first year of raising triplets, hehe. Earlier in the week I was a little worried because all of us had came down with a cold but by Sunday they were feeling good and ready to celebrate. We had a party at our house Sunday and had a great turn out. I was so happy to see so many able to come. We went with a monkey theme and had cupcakes and banana splits, although there was all kinds of creations at the ice cream bar. LOL I baked the boy's cake the night before and Adam decorated it that day and I loved how it turned out. I originally was going to bake each boy their own cake but when I saw how big they were I decided to spilt it between them. They played and ate, and played and ate some more and was exhausted by the end of the night. Everyone was so generous with gifts, me and Adam was shocked at what all people got them. Thank you to everyone who came and helped out with the clean up, it meant a lot. Me and Adam decided that all the cash they received would be spilt three ways and put into their savings. The gift cards went to winter clothes. I can't describe the feeling later that night as we put them to bed, definitely bittersweet. Those 3 lil' guys amaze us everyday, we are so fortunate and thankful. Thank you to everyone for the past year, it's been full of love and support.

Here's some pictures of the party, although there are more I will post later.

Congrats mom and dad. You made it!! Hope you had a celebration dinner. That first year can be difficult with them being completely dependent on you.
