Two steps for Brody!

Sunday night Brody stood up on his own and took his first two steps! I missed it though, all I heard was Adam screaming laughing and telling me to hurry and come. He continued to do it for the rest of the night. And if he holds one of your hands he will walk (wobbly) for awhile, or at least until his little legs get tired. :0) It's amazing and we knew that since he was pulling himself up and walking along furniture it was only a matter of time before he ventured out on his own. This weekend we went to the mall and before we left the boys took a ride on some of the toys. I wasn't sure how they would do once they started moving but they held their balance and had a blast. Brody decided he didn't want to ride and thought Pap's lap was the best seat in the house. Monday was Mamaw's furneral. After the service all of the family met at the church for lunch. I still can't believe she's gone, it's definitly going to take some time to sink in. Everytime I drive by that little green house on my way home it's hard to believe she isn't there. We love you so much Mamaw. I'm going to miss your stories, funny jokes and sweet songs.
