Post pregnancy joys...

After I had the boys I knew it was going to take some time to get back to my old self, well I'm still waiting. lol During pregnancy I had a lot of back pain, but I took in consideration of all the bed rest and weight I was carrying and knew that it would take it's toll on anyone. But 9 months later I still hurt and it hasn't got any better. I have been saying I need to go to a Chiropractor and get re-inlined but I worry they would only make it worse. I was on in-home bed rest for almost 4 weeks, then hospitalized for 32 days, and the boys did a number on my body. I think last night was one of the worst nights I've had in awhile. Everyone was in bed by 9:30 and I was exhausted but for the life of me I couldn't get comfortable, which was very fustrating. I literally hurt from my shoulder blades down to my toes. I finally fell asleep around 1. I need to do something, because the boys are only getting heavier and I'm only starting to hurt worse. Although I hate going to the doctor and I'm a little scared I think I need to look into going and seeing someone for my back.

Well enough complaining, lol. I can't believe it's already Thursday! The days just fly by. I hope everyone's week has been going good. We've pretty much stayed in most of the week but yesterday we got out for a bit. We went to see Memaw yesterday which the boys always love to do. Then we picked up Adam and went to see his friend up at the hospital. Adam's friend Joe wrecked his motorcycle early Tuesday morning and remains in critical conditon. Joe is a local tattoo artist that Adam's known for years. He did the tattoo on my back and both of Adam's tattoo's including his wedding ring he tried to talk Adam out of. He kept saying "Oh man are you sure? Those things are bad luck!" LOL I'll never forget that. Those of you who live around here know him as P-nut. . Here is a link to Joe's shop www.littlebluestattoos.com Please send out thoughts and prayers to Joe and his family thru this difficult time. We hope and pray he has a speedy recovery.
Take care everyone and talk to you soon!

I am glad I am not the only one who has post pregnancy problems! I don't think I will ever feel the same again! I do go to the Chiropractor when I can and it helps SO MUCH, but it is hard to go with the babies and by time Brett gets home, they are closed. I would looked into it. Usually insurance covers it. I hope you (and we all!) feel better soon!
